I've never patched my PC version of pes5, but from the sounds of things, they enhance an already incredible game.

Can anyone suggest a good all-round patch for me please? (benefits, where to download, how to install etc.)

go to download forum- use either super patch 3.0 or Power Patch. I recomend power patch the best now for pes 5, but playing online u will need sp 3.0 bcos alot of people in german server use it. ISSonline power patch is the best
