Will we have patches availble from day of release?

probably they will see how edit mode in pes 2010 then in 2 or 3 days i think the patches begin..

there was a blog site last year that made a ps3 option file for the morning of release last year but it got closed for releasing epl stuff anybody remember the site name?

Bolloxmasta did an exelent patch for Pes 2009 to Xbox 360.
Anyone know if he or anyone else will working on a patch for Xbox 360?
