[PC] Game crashes on CL Quarter Finals 2nd leg

Hi, I was playing the 2nd leg of Champions League, however when I try to reach the match the game crashes. I listened that is a resolution bug, anyone know more about the issue?

I know that if you go to settings.exe you can change the res there but there is definitly a bug in the PC version but I am sure I have seen a fix for it somewhere on here .

I will have a look .

yes thanks, actually I've changed the resolution several times but the game still crashes when I enter to the QF 2nd leg.
