Pc Kits for the 2006/2007 season - using kitserver

I have finally managed to get Kitserver working for myself. I now have all the new premiership kits and national kits, and of course all the other leagues, but only a few of them are up to date for this season, i.e. Barcelona. I will post up some pictures of some screen shots that I have taken in game with my new kits. If anyone needs help on how to install kitserver, where to get a good working copy of it from, requests for kits (I can post prem kits, and a few others, like I say I've not got them all but if you want one I can have a look), how to install boots and also installing new player faces. Help will be supplied from me, because, from experience of reading about 100 posts to find one that actually helped, I will provide you with answers to what I have managed to do. I may not be able to answer other questions. Thanks.

i made that Liverpool home GK kit, and i've made a better version of the away kit. check in the thread "WE NEED ALL KITS FOR 2006-2007"

most people have all the new kits now.

also looking at your screenshots, you need a better bootpack, i've created a Premier League one, also in that thread. And the balls too.

How do you install boots mate? I can do everything else (kits, faces, stadiums etc.) but as there isn't a boot server I don't have the foggiest.

I have just installed a new bootpack myself now. You need a program called Game Graphic Studio, downloadable here...

Then you need to open the 0_text.afs file in program files/konami/pes5/dat and then click no when it asks about grouping some things. then you go to the file number that it specifies in this download...

Right click on the file unknow_04429 and import over this file should be there, then choose the one that you have downloaded. Do the same for unknow_04560. Then close the program, (saves auto) and run PES. Cheers

Well balls are being a bugger with me at the moment as well, i know how to install them but for some reason they come out all muddled, pieces of ball in the rong place. I'm afraid i can't help you till I've helped me on that one. Sorry dudes.

you need to get the correct model for the textures, search for the Damned ball pack, it has loads of balls ready to use.

all i did was edit the EPL Red ball to the correct colour, you can find that in the same thread you found my bootpack above.

I managed to get balls working, by downloading the 2.3.0 version of kitserver, i think its that version. It also gives the option of choosing keeper kits on kit select by pressing Tab, and also ball changes are possible on kit select by pressing B and V. Hope this helps you.

I've managed to get balls working. All I did was download the kitserver 5.2.0 and it installed them in the GDB folder. When your on kit select you can press Tab to change keeper kits and press V and B to chage between balls. Hope this helps
