The only other way to do it, but I can't use detail, is downloading the bin files individually. Use Game Graphic Studio to open 0_text.afs and then replace file 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 all with the balls you want. If you put viewing into PS2 instead of none u can see the design of the balls that are already in those files. Hope this helps.

if you want, you can just use ballserver and not kitserver.

in the 'kload.cfg' just edit the text so that it only loads the ballserver dll file.

i think this would work:

DLL.num = 8
DLL.0 = "kitserver\zlib1.dll"
DLL.1 = "kitserver\libpng13.dll"
#DLL.2 = "kitserver\kserv.dll"
DLL.3 = "kitserver\bserv.dll"
#DLL.4 = "kitserver\fserv.dll"
#DLL.5 = "kitserver\lodmixer.dll"
#DLL.6 = "kitserver\stadium.dll"
#DLL.7 = "kitserver\dxtools.dll"


the # before the line makes the program ignore that dll and only the ones without it will be loaded.

Cool idea mate, have to wait for people to say whether it works. I wont be trying it cause my ballserver works. If any of you were wondering where to get kits from, I found a thread on www.evo-web.co.uk (have to be a member) from some dude and i skipped to the latest page and worked backwards and found kits such as the pompey 3rd (black) the spurs 3rd (chocolate) and away (light blue) and there is also lots of other league kits such as valencia and many more. http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/showthread.php?t=22113&highlight=
