i didnt try it ( u can try to do that ) but first make a copy of ur original option file

this is the original otpion file for super patch v1 but i added from another option file the new transfers like ( cicinho-> real madrid , sergio ramos -> real madrid , evra -> man u ) and there are some changes in abilities of some players like ( van nistelrooy -> attack = 98 )
if u wanna know any other contents ( TRY IT )

one problem with this. it works and all but then all my kits arnt'; wide back anymore.. i dont know how to use graphic studio because last time i did it didnt load the afs properly.
