PC Option File to PS2

How do I get my PC Option File on to my PS2? I have a Max Drive and I have installed it but I have not idea how to use it and get the Option File on to PS2.
It is not patched.

WEll, the option file must be a PS2 option file, drag it to your Max drive, and then uncrush it using The Max drive utility on your PS2.

If you have an option file for the PC version of PES5 I think you can't use it on your PS2.

Do I just copy it onto the USB Max Drive (I think it says E:) Or do i put it onto the software.
