Pc Pro Evo Wont Start

AM sick of it now, my pro evo 4 wont start up, sometimes it does and sometimes it dont, ie 1000 to 1 that it starts. my pc is 3ghz, 512 ram, dell dimension 5000, RAdeon x300 series. It plays fine when it comes on anyone help. .

which drivers do you have installed?
have you contacted konami support yet?

I have the same problem. After the installation everything was fine, but when I tried to open PES4.exe , nothing happens, the game will not load up. I have reinstalled and patched to 1.1 , and I'm pretty sure my driverd are up to date. Any suggestions or solutions???

one problem i had with mine is that my monitor does not support lower resolutuon modes ( e.g 800 x 600 ) have u tried putting yours higher to say 1024x768?

Thanks for replying, I have tried to delte opmov file, but came out the same. And yes I have my settings on High and resolution 1024x768. Did anyone encounter this same problem as me? If so, what were your solution ?

U can try to lauched it from c:/ program files/konami/pes4.exe.

U may also download a fixed exe from http://www.gamecopyworld.com.

I hope it will help you.

U can also try to disable ur antivirus and firewall.

For nfs2, I was not able to launch it when my firewall was working.

Having same problem. Ihave a dell 5000 pc, and pes4 will not start up. it installed ok, but now nothing. what a nightmare! please help if you can.

ps have installed patch, deleted opmov (then put it back), disabled firewall and antvirus- still no footy. man this is doing my box in.

Contact Dell maybe they have a fix for you.

Mmm... damn PES4. Worked fine. Then suddenly my controller wouldnt work so I thought something must of got corrupt so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and now having the same trouble as these chaps and the game won't even come up. Can see it running in the processes but it's not there as an application.

what kind of controller? ps2? maybe some driver got corrupted, or possibly a video driver
