You're highly likely to need a dedicated graphics card as you appear to be using on-board graphics which won't support pixel shading. Your CPU and RAM are absolutely fine.

What graphics card you get is wholly dependent on the make and capacity of your power supply which you'll only find out by opening the case and reading directly from one of the power supply's sides. The make and wattage capacity are enough as I can check further information online after that.

I got an AMD Athlon 64 Dual Core processor at 2.29GHz, an overclocked Nvidia 8600GTS and 2G ram.

I run it perfectly even with increased resolution (can be done with Kitserver) and whatever extra graphical setting I could find.

It only really goes down from 60 when the players are celebrating a goal and/or watching replays. But even then, it goes down to like 30fps which is still pretty smooth.

Get a good gfx, hell get a decent gfx and you'll run it smoothly.
