PC Settings on Low.. Help!

I've just recently purchased PES 2015 for PC but I've encountered a problem.

When I click on "Settings.exe" in this location C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2015\ the picture quality is stuck on "Low" and I cannot select Medium or High, can somebody help me to fix this issue please?

If you look at this photo you'll see that I meet the requirements to have this game played in high settings. However, even if I select the "NVIDIA processor" or "Run as administrator" I still cannot change the "Low" setting..

If you cannot view the picture my system settings are as follow..

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
Pen and Touch: No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display.

I think your video card memory is the issue.

Please try this compatibility settings above. It worked on my cousin's PC. Before doing this, It is only limited to "medium" settings but now it can be set to "high"

He is using GTX 250 with 512mb ram. However, the game only recognizes 490mb. The game requires 512mb video ram for high settings but doing the compatibility mode above enables him to use high.

I don't see any difference in medium and high settings though.:shocking:

Hey EthanLionel, thanks for the suggestion I tried what you said but sadly no luck. I've noticed another thing.. When I click on the "Settings.exe" application, if I click on "Specifications" you can see it's still detecting the wrong graphics card and not my NVIDIA one, although.. I have my "NVIDIA" one set up for PES2015.. Take a look.

The bottom picture is from the "NVIDIA Control Panel"
It's so frustrating that every game I buy on PC has something that goes wrong lol.

You might need to change your nvidia card to primary in your bios.

You might need to change your nvidia card to primary in your bios.

I'm not entirely sure how to change the BIOS but I went into Device Manager and Disabled the "Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600"

However since doing that I'm still unable to select "High" picture quality. Also I now can't select a Resolution. The GPU is now detecting "Microsoft Basic Render Driver (PS5.0/VS5.0)" and not the "NVIDIA"

Is there any chance you could explain how to change it via BIOS?
I use an Alienware 14 Laptop btw. Thanks for your help.

I got this with a quick search on google:

"To access the BIOS on all Alienware computers, you have to press F2 repeatedly when you see the Alienware Logo (alien head) at startup."

Then look for something about graphics or PCI express. Select your graphics card as the primary card. This should disable the onboard one aswell, hopefully. I'm afraid if you have any more problems with finding it after this, a quick google search will get you what you want, as I don't have your type of laptop to know exactly what to do.

I knew how to get to the BIOS screen just wasn't sure how to change certain settings. There's nothing you can change in the BIOS to do with graphic cards, it seems like everything is locked. I've literally been searching all day and I cannot find a solution to this problem. I've tried various ways and nothing seems to work. Thanks for your help anyway :)
