McAusland's listed on the UEFA site as being in the squad but not on the SFA site so I've gone with the latter as, of course, they always know what they're talking about.

You're right about ML, I recently started again with all English & Scottish teams and it works perfectly because you can have 2 totally British leagues - 20 EPL teams & 12 SPL teams (which fills the 2 leagues' 32 slots). I Put the 'big' English teams & Scottish teams in the top league and the rest in the lower league. I got promoted (Spurs, natch) with Kilmarnockshocking and Birmingham City and Celtic got relegated but Rangers stayed up. So, yeah, I agree that ML is great in this OF.

Btw, to the guy who couldn't sign David Villa - I managed to get him so no problems for me there.

Right matey, I got PES 2010 yesterday morning and I must say I like it very much. I do hope you're going to do an OF for it because you made '09 a brilliant experience. No hurry but I can't wait to see what you do with it.

Hello TT, got the new game today but I'll still be playing your excellent file for SPL matches and some CL games. That is until you do a new OF for PES2010 (hint, hint).

I've started a bit of editing myself but will probably lose the will to live before long so hurry up and sort it out.

Have downloaded the option file compatible with version 1.0 and have replaced the save game in the Konami folder. On startup to the game there appears to be no changes however. I have looked through every available menu, (Edit, Exhibition, ML etc.) but there seems to be no signs of the updated teams... any advice?

EDIT: actually just realised that this is for PES09 and not 2010. Will wait patiently for Tornado's Scottish OF.

Sorry this is a total newbie here but I've downloaded your file and can't seem to do anything with it. :blush: Can you please help?

Alright Jinky, the file you downloaded is a 'rar' file which you need to 'unzip'. Go to here: http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html and download WinRAR, with this you will now be able to extract the 'save' folder.

On your PC: go to My Documents > KONAMI > Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 and you will find your current 'save' folder. Back this up and replace with the one you've extracted. Start the game.

If you've started Master League, Become A Legend, etc. then you can copy those files from your original 'save' folder (they'll show up as PES2009_ML01/BL01) to mine but you will find some differences. Same goes for replays.

Thanks very much Turnbull, that worked a treat. This is fantastic! I didn't even realise there were option files available (I lead a sheltered life!) and was just googling and found yours. Improved the game 100%. I really gotta get Pro Evo 2010 now! Thanks again.

If anyone fancies a bit of 'recent retro' action then I saved my file for PES09 at the end of the last (08/09) season with Boro, Newcastle, WBA in the EPL, Inverness in the SPL, all the old kits, etc.
