Can anyone please tell me if I can move my pc pes 09 option file to my xbox 360 i mainly want the edit data if so can it be done unto an unmodded xbox 360 via xsata or xsport????????

you just DL an X360 OF and you transfer it with Xport or something similar on your X360 hdd or mc. that's all.
I ordered a transfer kit from china on ebay, cheaper than xport.

also say i have a pc option file how to i transfer it onto a 360?

no it does not need to be modded.

pc and x360 of are not compatible. check the site for x360 option files.
