It has been confirmed on WENB that the squads on the full PES 09 version will be the same as the demo so so Saha is at Man Utd and Berbatov is at Spurs and Robinho is at Madrid

Squads, like we said in the podcast, are exactly the same as the demo. Unfortunate for online players, but that should be sorted with these online updates.

So you will need an option file or do it yourself i am afraid. They siad on the podcast that any transfers made after the at least the second week in August will not be updated something to do with licensing

changing them is fun I think - during transfer period I left sky sports news on, left the game running, and whenever I went to my bedroom just updated away!

i'm just wondering infact, if the demo was " 85% " complete, then where did the remaining " 15% " go too ? i was expecting Squad Updates as standard. Chelsea will have a good shout at being one of the best teams tbh now in my eyes

the more i think about this, the more im pissed off. Theres no fucking excuse for the squads being out of date. Lazy isn't the word id use. Pathetic comes to mind

Starting to test the faith of Pes fans every year releaseing imcomplete games

I'm aware making the transfers etc is all part of the fun of having the game ... but what happens when we go online ? Utd without berbatov etc

Early days yet, still could release patches etc but its so dam DAFT to do this. How do they expect to win over new people to the game with this clear show of carelessness.

It is a pain in the arse that players won't be at the right teams for playing online, that's if it is even possible to play online, look at PES2008, that was bollocks online, but i don't mind spending time doing my own editing, that is one of the good things about PES for me.

yeah man i totally agree. I was staying upbeat about the teams being updated until i seen the YouTube links of the guy going threw the teams and i was :(

Its a kick in the stones about the teams for Online Mode. I know i'll live threw it, i lived threw 2008's Lagg, then this will be a walk in the park

Konami have to deliever this year tho when it comes to online, no excuses for Lagg. Think of ALL the other more detailed games that are Laggfree.

Counting down the days before all the Speculation ends !

Yeah, it sucks. Looks like Danny will not be in 3EHUT cause he signed his contract on the 26th...Oh well...I'll play Dominguez instead for now
