PES 10 is crashing

when i try to start a single match or a mode my game is crashing. help pls

Oh and if you downloaded the game I'm not going to bother helping because downloaded games, aside from being something we don't discuss on this forum, come with all sorts of side-effects if they're not proper copies of the game.

its not downloaded
i played the demo perfect on max graphics
my specs are - 8500 gt , 2.11 ghz , 3,50 gb ram

Try disabling sound and see if it helps. If not, keep the sound disabled and change video settings to the lowest possible. If it still doesn't load, let me know. If it doesn't crash without sound, there's an issue with a sound file or a sound driver. If it doesn't crash when the video is set to low, there's a graphic irregularity somewhere though I'm not expecting this to be the case.

Have you tried uninstalling the game, restarting and re-installing? There is a clear issue with a corruption/problem at the time when the sound is probably meant to kick in or the opposition team/pitch/stadium are meant to be loading, something I once had with an Option File a few years back and Deportivo La Coruna. You also haven't yet told me what the game says - does it just quit back to the desktop without a message?

the game is crashing with the send and dont send error ( dont know how to call it )

and sometimes my game is ok and i can play a match without a problem but if i exit from the game and after 5 mins or less i start it again my game is crashing again with this ''send and dont send error'' help pls

yes i uninstalled and installed the game 2 times,tried to turn the sound off didnt worked ,tried to ti minimize the game resoliution and the quality didnt worked too. its just keep crashing with this error,sometimes the game is ok-its crashing again but after 1 match
