no u have to make a folder called "PS3" yes it has 2 be in capital letters
then inside of of that folder u have to make a folder called "SAVEDATA"
then inside SAVEDATA u put all the files u extracted
PS3>SAVEDATA>...

Just a reminder to everyone who has a question about loading/downloading/saving this OF: Check out the very first page of this thread because there is some vital information that will help you find your drive in your PS3 menus.

Just posting my own experience, the first folder on your USB stick might need to be ps3 in lower case, upper case didn't work for me. The next folder as others have said should be SAVEDATA in upper case. Also thanks mrgametight for this file, my friends and I have been using it for tournaments for a couple of weeks now and it's great!
What a great Option File. Mr gametight. You did an awesome job with this option file.
For those still having problems with this. Let me help you out i just did this yesterday.
1. Download the file from the link provided on the first page and save it on your desktop or how ever you want to do it.
2. Extract this OF(Option file) into ps3/SAVEDATA folder in your flashdrive (usb stick).
Now this is where almost everyone has problems.
IF YOU DON'T ALREADY HAVE THIS FOLDER IN YOUR USB. DO THIS.
1. While the OF is downloading, check your usb to see if you have the folder if you.
2. Open your usb drive, create a folder called "ps3". Note the small letters.
3. Once you are done creating ps3 folder, create a sub folder called "SAVEDATA". Note the CAPS.
4. To make sure you have done it correctly. Close and reopen your usb stick drive. Click on the ps3 folder you created, you should see another folder called "SAVEDATA".
5. So it shud be like this usb/ps3/SAVEDATA.
6. Now your file should be done downloading, Go ahead and extract it into ps3/SAVADATA folder in you usb stick.
7. CHECK: If you did it correctly, when you click on the ps3 folder and then unto the sub folder SAVADATA. Alot of the Option files folders (200 folders) should be right there.
8. At this point, your job is done. UNTO THE PS3 YOU GO.
9. Insert usb into ps3 go to save utility data and you should see your "usb storage device logo" click on it and copy each of them. Yes all one after the other. Time range 10mins-25mins.
10. How do you copy this. press triangle and you will see the "copy option".
11. I believe you got it from here.

read the first post! i didnt do bayern munich or werder bremen...none of the squads are correct i just helped your process along by creating the team emblems and kits for the team...its on you to do the players and names and stats...i had no desire to make either team...im done editing

I've been doing my fare share of facescans close to 50 I think here is my technique very easy.
After you find who you want to make a scan of go to "jamd.com" type in the player they have a profile pic of nearly every footballer there. Save the pic, go to pic rezie.com crop the picture around the face only forget including the ears you just want the facial features save that picture. from there load the pic on a usb stick copy it toy your hdd from there its like copying a PNG for a kit real easy :happy:

icon0.png, param.pfd , param.sfo, how to edit them for us vesion? I mean how can I use the files from Von Option File 1.06 directly for us vesion?
Are these files some differents between the us vesion and eu one?

there will be no way to edit a EU file all be it an option file, png, face, to a US version. if you try and overwrite any ofthose files you IMMEDIATELY corrupt the file

I am having difficulty getting this to work.
I am following the directions as you posted to the best of my abilities and still having trouble.
When you say:
-Go into chosen utility and Unzip downloaded file
-This should now appear as a ps3 folder, within that will be many uniform folders and a option folder
-Copy the whole ps3 folder and its sub folders, to a pc formatted usb stick
I am not following you by what a ps3 folder means. It will have a ps3 icon, it will be tilted ps3? It's neither of those for me. What I get when I extract it is a folder titled "ACTUAL OF". Is this what I am supposed to have? When I copy that to the USB stick and go to the XMB menu for Saved Data Utility, then USB Device (Flash Disk) it will say "there is no saved data."
It's frustrating me. I remember having trouble last year also. I want to enjoy PES, this is not helping.
