PES 2009 online worst to date (PS3)

I have been playing pro evoultion soccer online since PES5 and now I must say PES2009 online is the worst.

I have allways enjoyed playing PES online even 2008 which I thought was terrible but 2009 is just so shit I can't describe it. I mean when you look at 08 it glitches now and again and the players jump from time to time but 09 is just fucked I mean players don't respond. All everyone does is fucking run with messi and it's impossible to stop him and it gets even fucking worse every fucking shot is goal online it's harder to miss then score.

Konami said they are going to put in a real effort to make a good online game well I will let everyone on here be the judge of that.

Sorry all but im just a bit angry about why konami can't release a fucking game with solid online support.

my online record is pretty decent around 65% but tbh pro online isn't a fair assement of how good you are. offline against friends is because as far as im concerned pro online and offline is to diffrent games.

Shame on us for trying to play beautiful build-up football instead of dribbling through the whole defence with Messi and Eto'o.

2v2 online?

Does anyone know whether you can have two players using the same console on the same team in a 2v2 network match? i can't work out how to do it or if it's even possible!?

A bit off the subject but has anyone else enjoyed playing with West Ham! For the one of the lesser clubs I think they're awesome!

Sometimes I despair!

I swear all these people moan for the sake of moaning. I play online on PS3 and out of the 30 or so matches I've played online, only one was affected by lag and it was very slight and easily still playable.

Just fork out for a better broadband connection if you're struggling. I had AOL and PS2 and PC online were rubbish. Switched to Sky (even though same speed), the broadband was much better. I have Sky at 3mb and works perfectly. Just use some common sense when choosing opponents!

PS - network play is an additional bonus of the game. They provide the base, but it's reliant on you having a decent connection, as is any game that's playable online.

I must confess after taking pes back for a refund and playing fifa 09, i have now bought pes back again. I am still playing both games but when i win on fifa everyone just quits.
When i first played pes online (the first copy) i was quite upset as i was still getting the teleporting of the ball, now though it seems very very playable.

This is on ps3.

I'm 100% convinced a lot of online play is pre-determined somehow...

I posted another post somewhere (find it if interested) basically saying every single game, i get this sticky patch where no passes come off, players wont run to the ball. All at the same point in the game.

31 out of 31 games is no coincidence. I played a perfect pass, and Paul scholes ran twice round the ball, then through it, before running into the stands, for my opponent to take the ball and score.

Konami are cunts.
