Pes 2009 PSP worth buying?

I bought PES 6 and PES 2008 on the PSP, but am still not sure whether or not to buy PES 2009 for my PSP.

I haven't been that impressed by the game play of PES on the PSP so far, although this year playing the Become A Legend mode could be a more suitable game mode for the PSP.

Does anyone have the PSP version of PES 2009 here at this forum and would you recommend to buy it?

Or more generally, is PES 2009 worth buying on any format, I paid £40 for xbox copyand still not sure about keeping it.

I thought about getting a PSP but I'm put off cos I played PES 5 on it and it was awful - one stadium etc, crap frame rate etc...what was pes 2008 like?

Yes. Well worth trading in PES 2008 for PES 2009

Gameplay much better, and graphics. But no commentary or Champions League or PS3 compatability though....

But still reccomend, plays exactly like the PS3 version.

Yeah, the commentary is always too bad. There is only a comment like "oh, what a goal" if you or the CPU scores a goal.

I thought that PES 2008 on the PSP was quite decent, although I have trouble to play the game without the L2 and R2 buttons. The screen is also a bit for my liking sometimes, but that's a limitation of the PSP / my eyes and not really PES's problem.

I am actually curious about the "Become A Legend" mode on PSP. Is it as great as on the PS3 (don't have the PS2 version this year)?
