Iv played about 10 games and managed 2 score via ther keeper fafing on the ball 2 long 4 times.

But i did score a belter from kick off with gerrard one touch then bam bar and in!

Fair enough this is a demo poll, but cut it some slack, the Fifa demo was "better" as such but only because the pes demo was 3% of the final game.......Hah, if the winning 11 demo is closer to the final build, then it will be a solid game, and in my opinion ( so nobody cry or shout at me) the we demo pisses all over the fifa demo.

Ye Tommy it is, if you have played the pes demo alot you will notice the difference feels alot more fluid, still has a few things i am not impressed with, but 100 times better game than the pes demo....

WE vrs PES Demo

Can you tell me how I go about downloading the WE demo on the PS3.

Is it really so much better than the PES demo? if so why do we get such a poor demo?

^What? Pitches look great this year. Maybe the grass in close ups look a bit odd, but the pitch in general looks great.

I agree. The '3D' pitches of PES2008 were truly awful. They look great in PES2010 and miles better than the FIFA10 pitches, which look terrible, along with the rest of it's PS2 standard graphics imo.

Well apparently there is now a Superstar option so that's 6 levels of difficulty. The Goalkeepers have been improved but still prone to the odd silly mistake, they already fixed the slow ball control and hopefully the overall game speed is slightly slower.

There is positives and i'm definately getting this game, should be good. :)

unfortunately, i bought fifa 10 expecting something great, but they have messed up big time this year.. 63 bugs in manager mode right from the off, servers down, disconnections... paid for game modes being taken down, and still not fixed a week later, shooting is totally messed up, and you have no time on the ball whatsoever.. as the ai presses for 90 mins..

the demo was good, but the final game is a mess... check out the official fifa forums if you want to find out... its got so many little niggly bugs in that it gradually with more playing, turn into game breaking bugs... its so bad i have been playing the winning eleven demo more and more.. while fifa 10 sits on the shelf until they get it fixed.

But i'm not going to bang on about fifa..... Pes seems like its finally getting the makeover its needed.. i played all the pes games from 4 up to now. i get both.. but for people judging a game from a demo.. its a tough one with these two games....

id say to get a more accurate view would be to rent out both first and see which one you favour... as it stands i've preordered my pes

^Exactly^. In general it's a bit tough just to judge a game from a 5 min match on an old build. Last year they didn't change that much from the demo to the full game, as i reckon. (however, as i've posted in other threads) they did change the colours of the boots. Hilarious :)
But this time it sounds like they're going to change a lot from the demo to the full game, which is awesome. Maybe they released the demo early to see the reactions from fans and rewievers so they had the time to fix the biggest bugs - of course i know it is limited what they can change in a month..

The demo doesn't give you a lot of time to get the feel for it.
Graphics look top notch. Crowd sounds are good. Plays pretty good.
Looking forward to the full game.
Surely they can improve any major problems with game with downloads throughout the year?
