PES 2010 Update to Version 2

I saw a new that claim PES2010 in PC can update to version2 since 17Nov 2009 but when i press download in my system option it said no update available.Why is this happen?

I had the same issue last night but I think the server was just under maintenance - went and tried again at around 11pm GMT and it worked fine!
