Since restarting my mlo in December i have only faced the odd cheat ,i'm sure konami have done something with the matchmaking process thing because i never get paired with people with deflated ball know more,over 50 games in div2 for pc with zero quit cheats now that truly is incredible.

A big cheater.
It's the Champions League's "champion"...
During the first part (I don't know how he does that), when you play him, and data are exchanged just before the match, he frozes this so you cannot do anything except from waiting. Usually players don't wait and disconnect because of the time running so he wins 3-0. He does that three times and get his 9 points (+9 difference).
Then he's #1 in the ranking. And after that he cancels the games and as he has a better ranking than other players he wins all the games to the end.
When i "played" him, i waited for more than 10 minutes and he finally started the game but he disconnected just at the beginning.
I met him again in quarterfinals and of course, he canceled and won...

I don't play competitions because of that but mainly because i hate 5min matches with a passion.

Yep 5min matches piss me off to no end. Everything is just congested within such a small space of time that in most instances the better player doesn't always win.
If you concede a cheap goal while bossing game, there isn't enough time to get back in. There been times I've been behind and on my way to counter attack with clear path towards goal and then the whistle blows. I only use comps to bump up the money, but quick matches to better my ranking for promotion.
Played against a cheat in div1 this evening and wished we had advanced technology to where we can extend our hands through the tv to the person on the other end to choke or punch out their cheating ways. I'm in div 2 still and was beating this guy and there was no lag at all throughout the whole game, until itwas in the 85th minute and it didnt look like he was going to come back from 2-1 down and then all of a sudden the green circle appears in the corner and it's stuttering and then the game gets abandoned due to worsening of conditions which means no 18 points and no money. So I played a whole game for nothing.
At first I thought it was a genuine issue with the server but now I know it's full on cheating.
Also has anyone noticed that every player now just constantly fouls everywhere on the pitch? I've rarely played anyone who plays without constantly fouling every time you try and attack playing like cowards. And what's worst is that they're only given yellow cards.

Seems the xbox 360 cheater Julien AK47 has either reset his team or he has been banned somehow.
This is the guy that had 450+ million, top of the assets ranking and now he's nowhere to be seen.
I still have to upload my video evidence of him cheating onto youtube, although now that he's apparently gone its not much of an issue.

EatmyEgg, currently on 567 points in division 2, I could spot he was a cheater a mile off, told him I'd record & report to Konami but still he tried it.
When the game was loading (the stadium part) it was just hanging so he was throttling connection somehow.
Anyway I thought sod this you ain't getting your own way I'm staying put.
After 3 minutes I went into the kitchen to play darts & just left it running. He got fed up after 15 minutes & the game started & obviously he disconnected straight away leaving us both with no money.

i think it's kissmyegg actually, my friend has been complaining of him, and i just got him there in the 16:20 d2 cup, tried lagging me out before it loads like you said, so i registered here in the meantime, game did actually start, i score, then surprise surprise he lags the game out completely shortly after, meaning no money for both parties.
