Videogameszone.de has already reviewed PES 2011 but the point is, they have released stats of faces of some players and I think KONAMI is kidding with us. C'mon, Jeffren has no face, Mesut Özil is still in Werder Bremen, Balotelli is still in Internazionale... Mariga, Kakuta, Borini have no faces, Cicharito is not in Man Utd. Besides I think this year the same thing is going to happen, they have done faces for Rensing, Lell, Jurado, Raul, Metzelder and Van Nistelrooy and now that they are in the Bundesliga, instead of placing them in the PES Shop or unregistred they are just going to throw them away into eternity just like they do every year, so that you may create a stupid build face to replace them. C'MON GUYS, KONAMI could do things well so easily.

I am not complaing about the game, I am just complaining about stupid little things that annoy us and could easily be changed if KONAMI guys were smart.

They do this kind of shit all the time, even when PES 2011 gets released you can be sure Cristiano Ronaldo will still be at Man U or some shit like that. Mind you if you get a decent option file, that will be taken care of on release day anyways, if not konami will update the rosters. As for faces, well I dunno if they will improve those.

it is stupid. i was wondering what will happen to Henry. Hes in the demo with a proper face but his new team wont be, and im not sure he plays for france anymore? so would be interesting to see if hes in the demo and not the final game.

But yeah it does suck. They had the face of Ronaldo (R9) and as soon as he moved back to Brazil he vanished. They already had his face, it didnt really need updating, they had to do nothing, instead they did something, removed him altogether from the game.

this doesnt give me much hope for an updated Italy roster with Balotelli and Cassano for online play! :-(

Well you can add to that the fact that you can't play an Europa League Exhibition Match, you can't play with Copa dos Libertadores teams against European Teams and as it seems we will not even be given the possibility of transfering unregistred players, CdL players or National Players in the Master League. It seems you can buy players from the PES Shop, probably some build face jerks. I am already seeing a Van Nistelrooy and a Henry with a build face even though their faces are written in the fu..ing game disc. So easy to change, but KONAMI doesn't seem to care.

for me PES11 is the best pes ever. i am lurker fan since pes 2009 comes out but this time i have to throw a hat here cause i believe pes 11 gonna be awesome.

I can approve that rosters are outdated. Working for a newspaper I got my hands on a full version of that game and as a fan of Werder Bremen I was quite surprised to see Özil still. Apart from being a hardcore fan of PES I must say it's a bit disappointing to see the same bugs I already found while playing the demo. To make clear: The non-tackling of the CPU while running up and down the flanks isnt too much a problem as long as you are not one of those lame suckers who ALWAYS run for the backpass from there as the CPU is blocking high balls more or less acceptable... What I have to complain about is that the CPU sometimes isnt going for the ball when a mistakenly deflected ball is rolling slowly in front of a midfielder and you can pick it up easily AND the manual player selection as the game miscalculates who's the nearest player to pick for u. Funny thing I noticed too is that when your centrebacks are running back in front of an attacker to wait for the right moment to tackle the game would always select the other of the two so that you are giving a gap of space when you go for the tackle with that. Comes the attacker on a attack through the middle more over from the left side CPU would choose YOUR left CB (think of the layout of formations for each team) and vice versa... It's f$!&ing irritating as you expect the other CB to go for it... Damn!

Anyway I must say that I love PES 2011 already, made half a ML season offline and I think the AI is a bit better than in t he demo as I seem to score less goals with Bremen in the Spanish League than I could with Japan against Barca...

I really don't think they will update the rosters in a reasonable time after release... and before? U r kidding? Ah... the version here still says 1.00....

BTW: Just kicked Barca out with 2:1 (H)/1:2 (A) in the quarter finals of the cup! :D

I also agree that this could be he best Pes,especially on next gen.

I was talking about rosters.It wouldn't take to long to correct them but they will probably be correct in the Full game.Also Konami will release updates like last year.

Guys, we need to calm down about rosters. They will never be 100% right in any game.

I'll admit, some transfers that came earlier in the window should have been made in the game too (Henry signed for Red Bulls in July) but it can be a good thing too, take Danny Rose at Spurs for example, he was still there until the 9th September at which point he moved on a season long loan to Bristol City.

There will be a lot of young players leaving their clubs on short term loans over the next few weeks and like Rose above, they will be deleted from the squad list of their parent clubs. I'd rather him be in the game and manually move him to the unregistered players than him not be in the game at all.

^True. No game will have 100% updated rosters and yeah I do not like that at all. But anyway, AT LEAST PES HAS GOT AN AWESOME EDIT MODE. ;)

Im sure they'll release an update a few weeks after release to update the rosters. They updated them a few times in PES10

Spurs have a great midfield. So many interesting midfield combinations...

I'm interested to see the new stats for different players, especially the younger players.

Yeh cant wait to see what they are like. I was pleased with most of the stats they did for spurs in 2010. I was always spurs online and did ok.

We are a better team now then when they last did the stats for spurs so i have got high hopes. And we are licensed! :w00t
