How to install Boot Pack V1:
Required KONAMI DLC 1.01!
Download Pes 2012 Boot Pack V1 from the link above.
Unzip pack to a folder.
Create a folder named “dt0c.img” and “dt0f.img” in /Kitserver/example-root/
Copy Boot Pack V1 inside the “dt0c.img” and “dt0f.img” folder you created.
Play the game.

How can I edit those boots statistics? Boot Changer only shows 31 (dt04.img folder).

I know a way that work. In your C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2012\kitserver12\example-root\img\dt0f.img rename unnamed_1831.bin to unnamed_28.bin. Then using your boot changer, edit as you wish. When you are done, rename it back to unnamed_1831.bin and enjoy.
