PES 2012 - Your top 6 suggestions

1. Better and more diverse weather affects. Remember how it was in pes 5 where the game would even display the temperature and humidity levels before each game? Also let the jerseys get dirty during the course of a game.

2. Please allow us to play oflline multiplayer cups without having to play against the COM. NOBODY wants to play against the COM when they have friends over. This really has to be the silliest and most easy thing to fix ever. They could probably even fix this with a patch if they wanted.

3. 6 Star difficulty. I wouldn´t even mind if the AI cheated on this a bit. After all, it´s supposed to be challenging.

4. Get the Bundesliga license. As far as i know it´s up for grabs next year. It doesn´t even have to be exclusive. It cant be too hard to convince the DFL (German league board) that they can earn more money when they have two companies paying them money rather than one.

5. Better training options with mini games and tutorials about defending, attacking, tactics, etc. like it was in pes 5.

6. Up to date squads and kits on release. It cant be too hard to fix and i dont think they can imagine how it is turning people off when they first try the game and see imbra is still in barca. This is really beyond embarrassing.

My suggestions are mainly based on the BAL mode.

1. Brink back training with your teammates and scout match... also you should train with the national team (once you get a call up).

2. Your national team coach should announce his 22 man squad before the world cup and its qualifiers, or continental cup and its qualifiers, and before a friendly. and i want to see different players getting called up depending on their perfomance at club level.

3.bring back challenge training from pes 5.

4. 10,000 new animations ))

5. bring back the old penalty view

6. fix the nets.


I have loads of other suggestions, but these, for me, are most necessary.

6. VERY RARE Freak occurances during master league/seasons.
eg. streakers, fights, pitch invasions in massive games,
mangers getting involved from touchline ( this one could be more regular)

suggestions like improved player animations, graphics, keepers etc seem silly as these can be expected I think

1. Change the penalty kick view and bring in a power bar thing for them.

2. Add the Copa Libertadores teams into the game fully

3. Bring back the Europe and World XI teams or that bit where you could pick players from any team into your team, I remember it from about 3/4/5 years ago it was the bottom of the list of options forgot what it was called but you could pick like a fantasy team thing.

4. Make more things editable, like the managers where you can change their appearance like a player, add a name for them and pick their clothes like a suit or training gear and you can change the tracksuit or suit like you can the kits with badges, emblem and things. Other things would be the fans make atleast 1 quarter of the crowd wear the tops that the team is wearing to make it look more real. Make the scarves editable for clubs with like 5 different types of scarf for each team, allow 2 big banners for each club which are displayed behind each goal that can be edited and the fans unfurl them before kick off, add more stadium shapes to the editor, make the nets available to edit with about 40 different stlyles, striped all different colours etc as Aberdeen for example in Scotland have red and black nets. Then in PES 2012, 2013 etc they could add to these as that would cover everything that needs to be edited really unless they introduce assistant manager, coaches and the doctors too.

5. Allow subs to warm up behind the goal like they do in real life, would just add a wee bit of quality seeing that happen like the first time referee's were in the game. They could even make the clothes and vest tops that subs were available to edit in the edit mode. For example Celtic players would wear a Green tracksuit top, black bottoms and the vest top would be bright yellow. Some players wouldn't have the bottoms on but just wear the socks and shorts etc. It would look good to see that in a game and I imagine be quite easy to add into the game even if they made it kind of robotic like 15 minutes 3 players come out for 5 minutes, 30 minutes 3 players come out for 5 minutes, 50 minutes, 65 minutes and 80 minutes but it stops if all the subs have been made. Not really important but would add a bit more realism.

6. Try to get licenses for real referee's even only 10 different referee's would do. Would be great to see especially in the Champions League. If they can't get licenses for Referees which might be possible as I think they are registered as FIFA referees and FIFA also have a game.... anyway they could just make slots for 10 referees that can be edited, they could even make it more like 25 referees as im sure people would make quite accurate representatives of the real ones. Would be another thing I think could be added fairly easily and make the game look even better.

Also BRING BACK THE KONAMI CUP!!!!!!!!! That was really all I played on it with my mates etc and the community cup is pointless and annoying having to write in names etc!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Revamp the penalty/free kick shooting system. Really something Konami need to work on, and its surprising they haven't fixed it yet, or at least improved it. Firstly, free kicks need some sort of better system as you don't feel as free and in control of where the ball will go like you do on FIFA set-pieces. And secondly, the penalty kicks need new animation as the run up and shot looks to robotic, and we need a camera view behind the player facing the goalkeeper like FIFA, otherwise you may aswell leave penalty kicks out the game.

2. Extend the stadium editor. No one was expecting anything to in-depth this year, as its the first stadium editor in the entire PES series. But next year, they should build upon what they have already, and add more features like:

- More Stand Options
- Total freedom to where the stands are positioned, eg. how to close to the pitch and how they join up.
- Net Editor

3. Fix the nets. They don't bother me to much, but its just something that clearly needs to be fixed, as the shape of the nets don't match real life. You make a stadium like Anfield or Stamford bridge in the stadium editor and the saggy nets just spoil the realism and appearance of the stadium.

4. In game photoshop for kit editing. A programme similar to the photoshop should be incorporated into the game, which allows you to crop around emblems, change the colour, lightness and appearance of certain images/kits. Something detailed but easy. Be the perfect feature that would end all the problems with the vision cam, and of course be more accurate than the png kits.

5. Improve game audio. FIFA is miles ahead with Commentary and Atmosphere. So Konami should work on making the scripts more casual and sound more live than scripted and empty. Now they have two good commentators, they need to start engaging conversations with eachother, like Tyler and Andy Gray do in FIFA on the odd occasions. Also the atmosphere just feels lifeless and empty in PES, increase the crowd volume and everything regarding the crowds will be fixed.

along with fluidity, i think weather shud b a big look at point, the way it effects play, wet shirts and players and muddy kits like pes 5 if they play in rain and also snow...i kno we dnt c snow often but who remembers the blackburn match last year were they plyed in the middle of a snow storm.

2nd -- change the bloody defensive system... seriously, it's the same old broken bullshit, change it, replace it with something that has something to do with football.

Provide different temperaments to players e.g certain players have tendencies to lash out (rooney getting frustrated) or be able to do a dirty two footede tackle

I don't know much about how video games work, I can spot something that is broken, but as for the fix I wouldn't have the first idea, so i'll leave that for Konami to deal with, but they MUST fix the shooting, penalty's and the d-pad dribbling - there's an analogue stick, use it. Oh and of course, more licences and likenesses are required.

I do however know a bit about football, so i'd like to see a few of the following ideas implemented:

1. More real stadiums, expand the stadium editor, improve fan chants and improve the graphics for the fans.

2. Improve the commentary! It's been the worst part of the game since ISS Pro and is an integral part of the match experience.

3. Improve the goalkeepers, make them superhuman, cheat with the AI if need be, just don't make them so damn rubbish.

4. Weather has to be improved. F1 2010 has a brilliant dynamic weather system, why can't PES? If it rains, the ball should skid, if it rains too much the pitch should become boggy, players should tire more quickly, the match should even get abandoned half way through. English players stamina should reduce if you're playing in 50 degree heat etc. Don't just have weather effects, make them actually impact on the gameplay.

5. Different pitches should have different sizes, different lengths of grass etc. In Master League you should be able to set the parameters for these stats to suit your team. E.G. Barcelona have a huge pitch with short grass. The pitch should suffer realistic wear and tear during the season.

6. Edit mode should be a lot more detailed and easier to use. Allow us to save as many emblems etc as we can fit on our hard drive, don't limit us to 46 or whatever it is at the moment. Don't persist with the Vision Camera, allow us to save pictures on the hard drive and import them into the game. More boots, more hair, more faces... Make it huge.

how about a 2 player bal - challenge ( in split screen )

-the second player is another xbox/ps3 profile user (on the same console)

Challenges
eg. lets see who gets called up to the national team first
lets see who scores a goal first
lets see who gets an offer from chelsea first
lets see who gets an offer from man u first etc.
lets see who scores a hat trick first.

the first person to complete any of the challenges wins 20 pes points, which can be used to unlock stuff in the pes shop..

it would be fun.a lot.

5: Stop changing everything we ever liked about the game

1. COMMENTATING - oh dear god i actually couldn't believe it when i played my first game and Jim hadn't said a word until half time, joke!!! Even Jon sayssomething only every 5 mins! Absolute joke!!! no atmosphere at ALL!!:realmad::realmad::realmad:
And get rid of the bloody same chants, ole gunners' chant for Man U sounds like spanish tourists chanting like English people, no realism in the atmosphere department. CHOICE OF COMMENTATORS would be the greatest thing a football game has seen!

2. AIM PRO EVO TO BE ONLINE - Create a completely NEW online experience, don't copy Fifa, but create something new which isn't just play an online game and go away again. Make it the integral part of Pro. Not just an addition.

3. SORT OUT THE GRAPHICS - PLEASE sort out the graphics they have been the same for years. When the camera is far away from the pitch, the grass should still be visible and not only when zoomed it.
And when taking a free etc, the players are always blocky which is a joke.

4. REALISM - Stop with the same old same old, think outside the box, or pitch even, and actually think of what happens in an actual game of football eg: subs, refs etc. Stop improving what has been done and create things which haven't been done.

5. DLC - Continued DLC to IMPROVE the game and not just update rosters, fix the poor servers or add boots which not many people care for.

6. HIRE ME AND MY FRIEND - For just 3 hours, we'll pay for flights, let us play some games in front of you, and listen to us moan and groan at what needs to be done for this once amazing game, to be brilliant once again.

1. Make the black color in edit mode black. not dark gray.

3. More leagues (even if they are fake, like the PES league and D2, just so we can add more authentic leagues ourselves)

4. I agree with a previous poster regarding players warming up etc. If they are part of the goal celebrations now, why don't we see them on the sideline?

5. Interactive crowds. Make the terrace more lively than the seater parts of a stadium etc.

6. Goalkeepers need fixing. The save in which the goalie jumps straight up, but lie horizontal in the air is ridiculous. It's 2010 goddamnit.
