PES 2014 on the PlayStation Store?

Any news on if this year's game will be available as a digital download?

Konami seems stuck in 2010 in this regard, as the majority of games are now being released on the PlayStation Store along side the retail release. I wonder if they'll get their arse in gear.

No official word, but I would expect it to happen as it is going to be released on Steam for PC at release.

I think maybe that tweet gave it away, as all the games I've pre-ordered from the PSN have come with a XMB theme.

I may buy PES from the Store this year, as long as it's not on there for an extortionate price. Mind you, that is likely, since the majority of new releases get put on there for £50.

I know games here in the US are the same price.

On that note, if PES 14 does get a digital release, I hope it's worldwide. I mean, there are soccer fans in North America, and haven't you heard Konami? We got Clint Dempsey!
