I love the PES 2015 demo, but just one thing I wonder on. What do people here think of the old PES problem, the speed? I mean on other pes like 2014 you could have Robben but still not manage to run away from Vidic..

I feel like its not too big problem in 2015, but its still there... Like when I was Juve and played against Bayern, I did not have that big problem that I expected with Robbens pace, he was just a LITTLE bit faster than Chiellini.Chiellini could not take him on speed, but still, robben dit not outrun him, they just run almost in the same pace...

I must have played over 20 games by now and while Pro 2015 is a step in the right direction it is far from the heights of where the Pro PS2 & PS1 era games were.

The biggest criticism is that the players still have a slidey feel about them on the turf. The only way I can describe the difference is that they still feel a bit like they are on an ice rink.

Back in the day when KCET produced the ISS Pro Evolution series and KCEO produced the ISS series the major difference was how the ISS players felt like they were sliding on ice, and from the moment the PS3 came along Pro Evo for some unbeknown reason took that same path. Also, when the PS2 launched in 2000 one of the first footy games was ISS but the KCEO version the current Pro Evo game plays a bit like that.

I was going to buy it after my initial euphoria with Konami looking like they have got their act together but the more I play it, the more frustrated I get at this aspect.

I haven't played a 'new' football game since FIFA 12 which I have now been playing for 4 years or so. I didn't rate it much more than FIFA 11. I've played all the demos since and not bothered to buy any.

I am still on the PS3 and plan on getting a PS4 in the future, but PES 15 this year has come on leaps and bounds! It was fun to play once again (for the first time in 7-8 years!!). I tried the FIFA 15 demo, and although it had the bells and whistles, the gameplay was awful! It reminded me of Virtua Striker or something! Very speedy, strange animations and player models and very arcadey. PES too had an arcadey feel, but much more charisma and quality. And much nicer to play than FIFA. It caught me by surprise.

So in short, still a way to go, but on first impression it's more fun than FIFA on the PS3 in my opinion.

they really fixed the speed in this game, when you are robben and free you will outrun everyone with running and r2.

I had a good session against a few mates there over the weekend and I'm sad to say the goalkeepers are ruining the game again.

It's like they're on gliders, the Fifa goalkeepers put them to shame and I'm not trolling.

I find the AI keepers are good but human controlled keepers are crap! Almost every shot the opposition take is a goal.

FIFA 14 goalkeepers was solid, FIFA 15's sucks hard.

I JUST WANNA SAID " AWESOME, AWESOME and AWESOME" PES 2015 is ROCK! It's came back and even better! YEAH IT SHOULD B LIKE THAT! SO AWESOME! Play with PS4 gosh it's like dream came true! It felt good like when eating a good food or orgasm! Kaka! SHOULD BUY PES 2015!!!!!!! THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY! Epescially play with ps4 or xbox1

LOL, but I have to admit, I do feel the excitement too, and it’s been a longgggg time since Konami got me excited about anything. I remember being this excited when I played my first match of Perfect Eleven back in 1994.

Last couple of years I played FIFA most of the time for reasons most of us already know, but now that EA laid back, thinking that they would maintain the crown of best footy, leaving all faults as they were and instead making player models look like they are on steroids with those unrealistic big shoulders, some unnecessary animations and speeding up game play looking like a FIFA 14.2 and a half, it's time to say goodbye.

I say: Welcome back to the true King. Welcome back Konami! Hope the full game will even be better than the demo.

i managed to play a lot more games now.
ill start with the bad

the graphics are shocking,
the speed is too fast
and the camera seems slow in catching up with play.

having said that i think its miles better then pes 14.(hated that game)

the players are more responsive and you can get some good shots in

looks like ill be buying this game

after 20 games verses AI and another 30+ games with mates i must admit i fell in love again, for the first time since PS2 days. PES is back, straight loving it. Everything fits perfectly, the feeling of "just one more game" is back. Everybody feels the same all my friends are very happy. Don't change anything in gameplay, this is how we wanted it for almost 8 years!!!

Couldn't have put it better myself. I was supposed to be going to bed 2 hours ago but everytime a game finished I thought I need to play another one, haha

I hope the full game is just as good, if not better. It's back to being fun to play. Something EA has no idea about. Come on Konami, don't mess it up now.

Hy mates,

the last years i always got myself the newest PES, but since the PES6 (PS2) i wasn't thrill by the latest Games.
But if they can keep the gameplay from the demo and get some shape to the MLO, this could get PES back on top.;)

You make me jealous :crymore: I'm locked up here in my home country, no xbox one, no ps4 I could :crymore: lol only notebook to browse all pes gaming sites.

PES is releasing on PC too, should be playable on a notebook.
