B1. Download file and extract you have:
+ EDIT00000000
+ ptepatch_upd.cpk
B2.
+ Copy file EDIT00000000 in: ...C:\Users\xxx\Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\save and replace old file (Backup old file if need)
+ Copy file ptepatch_upd.cpk in: C:\xxx\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download and Generate use DpFileListGenerator v1.8 by Baris (Use No DLC)
3. Enjoy.
