PES 2017 PC Import Option File - need Help

Can we even try to import .bin files and stuff into the PC ?

Am trying to import MLS, Liga MX teams
Which i downloaded from here

I format a USB drive with ExFAT or FAT32 format and place WEPES folder and place all content inside this folder.

Start PES 2017 on PC

I go to Edit menu --> Data Management --> Import/Export --> Import
It does not show me USB drive. It tells me to load a team, but does not show me USB drive or anything.

What am a doing wrong?

Too bad, the pc version of import files are not on .bin . Doesn't even have any extention just name file of TEXPORT00000000 (for the first slot).
