PES 5 Patch maker

When everybody talks about patches and play/make them my hands starts to itch... i want to do something.
But i dont know how...
I want to make a patch for PES 5, but i need/want to know how to make such great patches.
Ive seen files over the internet that COULD be usefull... but then again i dont know how to.
So if anyone does know, would you please tell me.

I think KONAMI should send an advanced copy of the game to the well know patchers so they can have a decent patch ready for when the game is released! or failing that PAY FOR THE LICENSES!!!!

Well this time around there was a PES5 beta hanging around the net that many have got. so hopefully they'll buy it when it comes out but at same time have had game for 3-4 weeks to figure out kits/option file encryption and get ready for patching so we can have them sooner than usual.
