PES 5 Question

Hey guys.

I'm getting PES5 shipped here to America from England for PC, and it hasn't arrived yet, but I'd like to be ready:

Where can I download a complete roster, kit, stadium, etc update?

Can someone explain to me how do download it and get it to work in a language that someone that is computer-illiterate can understand?

if u want a smaller patch, download the PES pc lite version from PESTurkey.
the big is superpatch

p/s:The Wolf leaves Pes for Fifa. (maybe u already know)
