Can someone please tell me how i can create Real tops in PES 5

Use the link in my signature to buy a Max Drive. Alternatively you could have clicked on the forum Search button.

And yes you can make all the kits yourself and that is how they get put onto option files. Check the Editing section for info on how to make them - but making all the kits will probably take you many weeks of editing so it is easier to buy a max drive and download updated option files for free.

You create them in the in game edit section, change team names, everything. I cant believe you havnt noticed it.
