Ive found some:
aissati, midfielder,four stars i think. one of them playmaking.

Newman: some newcomer

Pazzini: striker from fiorentina.Overall striker that is particulary good in the air.

Dagaka: SB/WB :High pace but not that good in defending.

Kompany:CB Huge talent with a lot of power.

Heitinga:CM DM :very talented player with good overall skills.

Mitea: striker: one of the fastest there is , and a fantastic dribbler ,but his other skills not so godd

Jeremy Mathieu : SB : left footed SB with good passing skills and a powerfull shot(much like riise) not sure about the spelling on his last name though

Marcos Senna: DM Talented midfielder who's fantastic at running with the ball

Mehdi Mahdavikia: SB,WB SM, WF Another player who can make good runs and not a bad crosser either

Vagner Love: CF Pacey with a good shot and surprisingly good in the air for his size

Johann Vonlanthen: SM, WF, SS Good at supporting a striker with a good pass and an eye for goal

Onyewu: CB Strong and Very good in the air

Guimaraes ( LB & RB ) He's gonna grow well I think.

There are some non affiliated players, like you know. Their good too!
Maschado ( DMF ) His stats are all like 75. He's....euhm, I dont know 18 or 19. But great player.

EDIT: There's another goal keeper. Euhm...a Japanese one. DOnt remember his name. It was the type of...Kim Yun Do. Just search advanced. Typ in:
Age: 17 till 22
Position: GK

Sort the found players on age. And somewhere on top you'll get this great goalkeeper. See for yourself. He has EVERY thing a goalie should have. He's like 19!!!!!! GK-stats: About 85 each!!

japanese dont have short syllabol names. Kim is a common korean last name.

Makoun: DM Alot like Makelele, good at protecting the back four

this Jeremy Mathieu fella is a good shout, easy to sign & he's a solid DM too, scores bagfulls from the edge of the box in that position

Aguero (ST) of Ath Madrid is a real young talent, only 18 and his stats improve to 90+, a great super sub for me

dont know if this is new to PES6 but when you go onto the player experience upgade screen after a ML match you can select a player and see their overall goal totals and games they've played, only a little detail but its cool

Develops into Quality.

Shimizu - tiny japanese guy. 18. has about 6 stars, passing and playmaking, nippy little guy, 98 agility from the start, sound dribbling skills. Only downside is his stamina is low to start, about 76, but has improved immensely over the year. Gonna be quality I think.

So far in my team all my young players are really good.

GK:

Marshall: scottish nationality, only 18 when i bought him but has excellent stats 80+

Defenders:

Kompany (of course)
Walton: plays plays cb,sb or smf. Only 17 when i bought him but already had defence around 75. been my best defender. very good passer of the ball with good balance.
Sirikael: solid young defender. bad dribbling skills but good defender.
Vomme

Midfielders:

mathieu
Joao moutinho: great passer and good dribbling skills... can play anywhere in midfielder.
Aissati
barnetta

Forwards:

Messi
Rogatera
park chu young
Aguero: has been a great buy for me. Solid CF very young too only 18 when the game starts.
Rafael Sobis: strong supporting striker with great finishing ability

All these players are 22 and below.
