Come on Konami, it's about time to get your game on the Playstation Store. EA has FIFA 12 up there, at $59.99 no less. :shocking: Surely PES 2012 would fit nicely at around $29.99, or maybe even $39.99. Heck, even $49.99 would be a more attractive buy. EA is getting ready to drop some $20 DLC too. Bleh. With the Champions League winding down, the timing would be good right about now. Just sayin'. :)

One of the advantages of a digital version is that you don't potentially lose sales to the used game market.

EA is on top of this and are starting to put out new releases in digital format, even allowing people to pre-order on the Playstation Store (see NCAA Football 13). My guess is FIFA will be available in the same manner.

So uh, take that information for what it's worth.

Definetly the way forward and it is being pushed more and more. They release the demo through the store but why not the full game as you have already stated. This is how I now buy my games, the PS store has weekly deals. Newly released titles I feel are way overpriced though. I am sure they will get with the times though.

One last appeal here to get PES on the Playstation Store in North America. Release date for this year's game is coming up soon, so hopefully we see PES 13 show up there this year.

Crimey, that right there should be reason enough to get PES 13 up there on release day, to help keep people from buying that dreadful game.
