PES suggestion - improves sales and online play (PC)

Hi all,

Im from the US and football (called soccer here) is not too popular here. This suggestiong is strictly for PC PES players out there, not just from the US but from all over the world. My suggestion is simple (atleast from my perspective) PES Dedicated Servers for online play. Konami would boost sales on the PC substantially all across the globe, and they can keep the online service for PS and XBOX players (improving online there). Also, PES could easily take over FIFA in soccer gaming scene. Look at first person shooters, focusing on 1vs1 shooters like Quake or Unreal Tournament, both give players dedicated servers to play on and are huge in the gaming community, both casual and pro. Epic and ID both did ports to console systems, why not do the same with PES and do a port from console to PC, but implement a dedicated server option for the PC players. Gameplay is amazing in PES, just a few tweaks needed and minor bugs to be worked out, but even with these i think PES2008 gameplay is still superb, and much much better than FIFA (only my opinion).

I bought FIFA 08 before I got PES2008. That was the worst FIFA id played in some time, even on my Core 2 Duo with 4GB of RAM the game ran awfully, the menus were unbelievably slow, and worst of it was a port of the PS2 rather than the 360 version! Shocking - Konami should jump on FIFA's failure this year and get PC gamers back playing footy games again - lets be fair, most PC gamers (like myself) play FPS and strategy games as the footy games tend to be bad ports fomr the consoles...
