PES surrender to FIFA?

After starting up the master league, I immediately realized that this is too familiar - the whole master league system now runs like FIFA2009. Has Konami hoisted the white flag?

Here are the things that look like FIFA:
- one stat number to represent a player's ability
- Coach takes over a match
- scout teams takes over negotiations
- game difficulty becomes way easy, experienced PES players may want to start with "top player" mode right away.
- Operating costs, gate revenue for games, management fees

I still cannot figure out how training works, and what happens when a player's development bar goes to the end and turns orange. Maybe I should check the Fifa09 manual?

-The 1 stats thing is like fifa's but the 30+ stats each player has have way more impact on a player than in fifa.

-Ive only used the coach once by accident and he lost my only game of the season. In fifa cos there's like 1.4 million matches a season and they're all as boring as eachother its actually got some use to it.

-Have to admit im not a fan of the scout but doesn make transfers a bit more realistic

-Can be easy but some games are quite hard imo. It hasnt been any harder in the past

-They havnt copied fifa on these things. They're just things that rwal clubs need and have to have wether or not fifa has them.

- Training is pretty easy. When a players bar goes red it means their stats are going down.
