The files don't transfer directly, but the file structure are identical as it's essentially the same game, and with some editing it does work. If I remember correctly, I think it has to do with manually editing the product code within the option file to fool the PS2 into thinking the PE file is actually a WEI file. Someone already converted the PE2 file into a WE6I and I'm thinking it'll probably be the same for PE3 to WE7I. (http://www.showusmiracle.com/downloads.asp see the 04/04/03 file) Unfortunately the person that did the conversion is no where to be found. T_T

I've done a bit of kit editing to G's Feb file and the one I have attached to this post includes his file as usable by patched game players. So if you have a Patched PES3, use this file instead of the other one.

Changes include:
All kits set to default, all kit badges removed, kit text fixed so it looks cooler (which means that it's not all 100% correct but in the patched kits, there would be some colour overlap so in some cases, the shorts numbers have been moved to the other leg and the colours fixed).
Classic teams now look great too.

PES United are now Cruzeiro and have been left as they are.
Possibly jonboyo will add their kit to his next patch - we'll see.

The attached word doc is as G added to his latest release - with no changes.

Yes. The file for Feb is Georginho's at another site or the one I posted above for a patched version.

It's the same file as Georginho's Feb file but edited so it works better on a patched game. The boots are as he set them so it depends on the boots in the patch you're using.

it is not possible to purcahse a fully patched as it would deemed to be breaking copywrite laws, however you can patch yourself a game from the many patches available, contact zygalski he will tell you which are best.

Arrggghhh - I went through the bloody rigamorale of signing up for PES goal so I could use Georginho's excellent option file and now they've imposed a 15 post limit before you can frigging email and get it - I wish I'd downloaded it a couple of weeks ago before my exams.

Why dont you just download the option file from this website, zygalski left a post on this thread (number: 422) all you will have to do is manually put each badge on the kit, not sure if you do this by selecting default. i would presume you'd be able to use this option file. 'pm' zygalski he knows everything, literally!!!...

It is a Premiership update, but who uses those crappy European teams anyway (Anderletcht, Bordeaux, Hamburg, Perugia, Brescia, PES United, WE United), wouldn't you rather have the super-powers of Middlesbrough, Wolves and Bolton ;)

Every single team has been updated, every squad has been checked against the official sites and all stats converted from CM4. It's got the nice badges too :)

Try it, I promise you won't be disappointed. This is what the flags and badges look like. The ones with a coloured background look like that when being waved in the crowd as flags, the transparent ones look like that on the shirt:
