now i just want to know what your thoughts are on the Free-kicks in PES4.

heres a few questions for you to answer,

Do you find shooting in the side of the goal where the keeper stands easier to shooting in the opposite side?

Do you use the lay off selection more then a direct free-kick?

How many do you score in ten free-kicks?

Who is your favourite Free-kick taker?

Do you find shooting in the side of the goal where the keeper stands easier to shooting in the opposite side? No, i usually try and curl it into the opposite corner.

Do you use the lay off selection more then a direct free-kick? Nope, i tend to just go for a direct curler.

How many do you score in ten free-kicks? I'd say around 1 or 2 at the moment.

Who is your favourite Free-kick taker? Robin van Persie, as i have scored 3 with him so far, which is more than any other player.

Do you find direct free-kicks hard? Fairly, im getting better at them, although im still nowhere near as good as i was with PES3.

Do you find indirect free-kicks hard(Lay off)? At the moment, yes, but im improving with the more practice im getting.

I actually tend to like the lay off better now. If u use a player like adriano, or gerrard that has a fairly hard shot, and an alright fk acc u can actually just slam it intoo the keepers corner. Meaning im not trying to lob over the wall, just slams it in a straight line past the keeper. Try it!

I find the keeper always saves it at his side so i tend to shoot over the wall/other side

ronaldinho. but on pes3 it was carlos, but on pes4 i cant score with him :(

Most of the time i'll shoot up and over the wall in the corner opposite to the GK. As I get more success by doing this but i have scored by shooting in the corner where the GK is.

I use it alot, but it also depends on the angle and distance of the FK, and the player taking it.

How many do you score in ten free-kicks?

In PES4: 2/10

Who is your favourite Free-kick taker?

Alessandro Del Piero and Wesley Sneijder (eventhough I havn't scored with him yet lol).

Do you find direct free-kicks hard?

Not really, but it is annoying when you mess up completely lol.

Do you find indirect free-kicks hard (Lay off)?

Sometimes but most of the time i'll get them on target.

Sorry dude, but that iseems like crap too me... this sh*t is real hard as you can't really get the power on it, and mr. Freekick here says he scores 8/10

No...like Reyes9, I like to curl them into the opposite corner...although i did score a beauty on PES3 at the keepers near side..with beckham :).

no, i use the direct free-kick more often..well on the demo anyway (have to wait till christmas..:( for the full game)

How many do you score in ten free-kicks?
In PES4, on the demo i get about 2 or 3 outa 10, just a prediction BTW.

Beckham was on PES3, but on the demo for PES4, you only choose england,swedan,spain or italy...so its outa beckham again, and del piero.

Do you find direct free-kicks hard?
At first yes..but when you get used to the power bar, it can be easier.

Do you find indirect free-kicks hard(Lay off)?
yes...at the minute...they seem quick if you like to pull off...but when i get the full game, ill use em in training mode..and get good at them;).
