PES4 - PS2 or Xbox?

I'll be buying for the box, for the power, shorter loading times and the controller.

I doubt many people will be buying anything to play it on, most people on here already have a ps2, xbox or at least a pc.

You lot are missing the big picture. I slated the box before I got one cos I knew deep down that the PS2 was now inferior. But come October, i'll be enjoying better graphics (as long as it's not a straight PS2 port a la GTA), better control, and faster loading times, which means more time playing football, less time fagging about waiting for the PS2 to decide when it's ready.

Well i've won an XBOX for qualifying for the PES3 League finals so i'll be getting WE8 on PS2. And PES4 on PS2 and XBOX

Will xbox get games like gran turismo 4? The main reason i think the xbox is inferior to ps2 (apart from the hideous design and god-awful controller) is that the ps2 has better games and that's what matters in the end.

ive been playin pro eva since the first game on ps1 so swithing to xbox aont in my plans...the only advantages of playin it on xbox is probably slightly better graphics(im not won over yet) probably u can play your own music on the menu's(cool idea but still) and faster loading times(unless u are really impaptient and cant wait 15 seconds then by all means get the xbox version...and the xbox pad wont be to my taste....but there is a small xbox pad u can get so it might not be that bad after all....i think i'll stick to ps2 even though xbox is the best console lol

Fair enough, the old xbox controller was beans, you needed wookie type paws to play with it, but the s controller is tons better. You end up with claws like an arthritic granny on the PS2 controller, but the box one feels comfortable for hours. I reckon the triggers will be well suited to sprinting, curling or shooting/crossing power.
