hey a week and a half ago i got ma pes5... ma m8s mum dropped an ornament onto it when we were playin it and the disc got scratched to hell... i got it from woolworths and still have the receipt... reckon i'll be able to swap it for a new one? was a birthday present, i was thinking along the lines of saying i opened it and it was like that?

ive been in woolies before when someone was returning a dvd for the same one and it was scratched to shit and it was obvious they had done it but the woman still swapped them.

this isn't common knowledge, well since 7 years ago and it still applies now (they actually advertised this)
woolworths must take anything back that has been purchased within the last 28 days and give customer a full cash refund, you don't even have to give an excuse!

When u take it back tell the store that when you get to the 4th game in ML the game goews haywire and this nust've been a dodgy disk, if they say its scratched tell them it has always done (stuffed up at a certain part) this and u were hoping it would fix itself and thats normal wear n tear- it usually works 4 me when I want to return a game, cos they wont swap them bcoz of ppl copying disks also make sure u tell them u just want the same game and get a lil narky.
