PES5 patch error

I'm currently using the Dream team patch, and while I must say that it's very good,I'm currently having a problem with patching the old pes5 starter( pes5.exe) with the one in your patch , for some reason. Every time I replace the current pes5.exe with the one present in the patch I'm not able to start the application. "PES5 has an encountered an error" message pops up, so atm i can play with the clubs but not countries.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

help please!!!S.O.S!!!first of all excuse me for my english.ok,my problem.i install the patche but when i want to play the game don´t run,i can only play friendly matches,the master league don´t run.and the last problem.when i use the pes5.exe of the patch it appears an error message.thanks
