1.
Extract patch files with WinRar (or similar tool)
Download the five patch archives (links above).
Once you have all archives in your hard drive
you need to extract the five required patch files...

Fix_Nest4_1.0.dkz
...each of the archives has one of the above patch files inside.
It's recommended to extract all patch files to a folder.
For example create a new folder and name it 'PES5patch',
and extract or move/place the mentioned patch files into it.

Extract 'PES5 DVD-Rom' iso image to your hard drive
(only required to create iso image, if iso image is already in HD go to step
3.)
Insert 'PES5 DVD-Rom' in PC's DVD drive.
Run DVD Decrypter,
in main window click-> 'MODE' tab, select-> 'ISO' and click-> 'Read R'.
In 'Source',
you may check for/select DVD drive your 'PES5 DVD-Rom' is in.
In 'Destination',
you may check/select where iso image will be saved.
When done Click-> "
DVD(icon) > HardDrive(icon)" button to start process.
Please Wait while DVD Decrypter create's PES5 .iso image in your HD.

Extraction of 'PES5 .iso image' files & folders
Create a folder in your hard drive and name it 'PES5'.
Run DKZ Studio, in main window click-> 'File' tab,
then select & click-> 'Open A FIle', browser window opens.
Use browser to find 'PES5 .iso image' in your HD,
once found double click-> 'PES5 .iso image' in browser.
'PES5 .iso image' content listing will appear in DkZ's folder window.
Click-> 'Edit' tab, then click-> 'Check All Files In The Current Folder'.
Click-> 'Edit' tab again, then click-> 'Export Checked Files',
browser window opens. Use browser to find 'PES5' folder in your HD,
once found click-> 'PES5' folder in browser to select it.
To confirm click-> 'Ok' button...
...Please wait while DKZ exports iso's files to your 'PES5' folder....
...close DKZ Studio's folder window.

Recommended application of patches to 'PES5' folder
Note: Patch files must be applied ONE at a time, and in the following order;

Applying all patch files - Guide
Note: "
#? patch file" represents ALL patch files in guide.
In DKZ Studio's main window click-> 'File' tab,
then select & click-> 'Open A File', browser window opens.
Use browser to find
#? patch file in your hard drive,
when found double click->
#? patch file in browser.
#? patch file content listing wil appear in DkZ's folder window.
Click-> 'Patch' tab, then select & click-> 'Apply Patch In Folder',
browser window opens. Use browser to find 'PES5' folder in your hard drive,
once found click-> 'PES5' folder in browser to select it. Click-> 'OK' button...

this "blue" section ONLY applies to patch file #1
(i) Message box appears asking you to select 'DVD' or 'CD'. Click-> 'DVD' button.
(ii) Message box appears while DkZ is applying patch;
Click-> 'empty box' left of "Don't display this message again.". Click -> 'Ok' button...
...Wait while patch is being applied...
...When done a new message box appears stating if patched successfully. Click 'Ok' button...
...Close

REPEAT STEP 4 UNTIL ALL 5 PATCHES HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO 'PES5' FOLDER.

5.
Burning your patched PES5 files to DVD
Once all patches have been applied Nest4 recommends
the use of NERO to burn your PES5 patched files to DVD.
You may use any other similar burnin tool your familiar
with to create DVD.
I used CD_DVD-Rom gen v2.0, as I've been having problems
with Nero(7) recently.
Method 1 by Nest4 (translation by Tyrvas)
Not Tested: sorry, reason above
Run NERO 'StartSmart', select 'DVD' option and click 'Nero Burning ROM'.
In type of DVD recording select last option; DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO)
No multisession, finalize DVD option On.
Burn @ speed 2x or less if possible.
Click 'ISO' tab, remove all ticked boxes,
ISO 9660(CD-ROM ISO standard)
Length file name: Max 11 = 8+3characters.
Open PES5 folder with nero's file browser,
add all files to project and burn to DVD.
Method 2 by Tyrvas
Tested: Working 100%
Run CD_DVD-Rom Generator...
in CD/DVDgen's 'Directory', you'll see 2 windows;
left window = Root (CD icon)
right window = File - Size - etc.
Open your 'PES5' patched folder as a window, beside
CD/DVDgen's open window. This way you may move/drag
the files directly from PES5 folder to CD/DVDgen.
PES5 patched files & folders must be moved/dragged into
CD/DVDgen's
right window in the following order;

When done click 'Volume' button and type the following info;
(a) Disc Name type
SLES into the 1st box and
53544 into the 2nd box,
(b) Producer name type
PLAYSTATION
(c) Licence Area select EUROPE as licence area.
Click 'File' tab, then select & click 'Export IML File',
save IML file as PES5 inside 'PES5' folder in your hard drive.
When done close CD/DVDgen.
Run DKZ Studio, click 'Tool' tab,
in menu click 'ISO Maker (make iso images)',
a box window opens; use browser button to locate PES5.iml file in HD.
In ISO image box click browser button, select location to save iso,
name it PES5 click 'Save' button, now click 'Make ISO' button.
Wait while DKZ builds iso image. When done close DkZ studio.
Burn iso image with DVD Decrypter at the slowest speed possible.

Extra.
Editing Boots Info by Nest4 (translation by Tyrvas)
Here you have the codes so boots are editable.
The boots are done with the in-game editor, in other words
in game select EDIT option, edit boots and you enter the
following codes;
