I've been reading all this hype and speculation, and that is exactly what it is. Don't waste your time by camping out in the cold on thursday night, this is just a simple rumour that was started by someone who wanted to see how stupid some people can be.
If this is anything it will only be the demo coming out tomorrow certainly not a version of PES5!

I have no idea how it will work in other EU countries. I only know about the British early release.
