pes5 released sooner?

Went HMV today and asked if pes5 was coming out tmw amd all staff there said it wasnt coming out till november 5th sorry to pop every 1s bubble

pes is always released sooner than the official release date but not to the extent of a month,last year as most of you know it was released a few days early but they didn't make a big deal of it because they weren't actually supposed to sell copies.

My dad is the local manager at hmv and he said it simply isnt true though they do recieve copies sometimes alot earlier than the traditional release date not by a month. he said that the store has recieved no copies of it and have recieved no word that any have been sent out anywhere. This is a pretty large store aswell.

Thank yoy Terry Henry 14 lol I was the one that started this Topic and i have been into HMV and they have said its not out until Octoer PS2 PC XBox GameQube Anfd out in November On PSP The HMV website had the 9th september But it has Now Changed now to the 11th October I have no other reason to think ikt will be out now until next month

My mate texted (and picture messaged - see below) me about this today actually, said they received some of their PES5 shipment early for some reason or other. He works at HMV and is working on smuggling a copy out of the store for me (although I've a feeling it may get as far as his PS2 then never quite reach me!). He says their not allowed to buy a copy early even though they're employees because of the release date being brought forward, but I think he just said that to keep me off his back!



I'll keep you all updated, I'll see him tomorrow with any luck.
