its worse than fifa, its like fifa except its more realistic, cept that the computer cheats like fucking hell.

I was good with 3star on pes4, cud score about average 6-0 every game, when i got pes5, its just filled my fucking brain with fucking frustration cus how much the computer cheats, not even funny. You can't dribble at all, your passes are intercepted so often, you can NEVER possible get a open shot, headers NEVER work, long shots work cept its so gay cus you always overpower, the liquid gameplay and slowness feels like fifa, this game is 0.1/10, not even enjoyable.

now its just my personal opinion but i've been stuck with real madrid against frankfurt i can't fucking win, you can call me a newbie, but i was good with 4, 5 is so hard to get use to, the slowness is so fucking bad. The computer can dribble through 2000 of my players no problem and i cna't dribble through one, thats how much it cheats. Also, wtf is the with the new tackling, you get fouled simply pressing x. This is definite downstep of konami, i really hoped they'd just make pes4 remake with better master league and fixed goalie, maybe slightly slower, cus 4 was perfect. updated team names wud be good too, but all they updated was arsenal and chelsea, one year of work just for that bullshit game with 2 additional licensed team, wat the hell do they take us for. seriously, this game sucks ass.

practice, never play with less than 5 stars, you will lose lots of matches,then a lot would end neil to neil, and then you will start to win and enjoy the game......its all about practice and patience

i know ur type mate.ur the one of them that havent a clue about the game.

when u go into your master leauge u dont have a clue about the formation side of the game so u just play with ur team randomly and cant be bothered doing any of it.
you probobly dont even try the training until youve go it sussed.
you cant exept the fact that this is the way the games supposed to be,more realistic.

i can tell this because u say the games shit so this must mean that u have no patience and all these things ive mentioned need patience.

the time will come that u will exept it and regret making this thread.

why doesn't the comuter cheat with me? i win nearly all my matches sure the occasional frustrating moment happens but i just get on with it.

stop crying like a baby and either practise or go and get fifa.

k, i was hating 3 stars, kept losing, then i chand to a 3-5-2, i have 2 defensive midfielders and 3 very attacking midfielders with powerful strikers, now i draw but i am learning to open teams up, game seems better. .A good striker to develope is vaughan from everton, mine is strong and pacey, my baumjohann is now getting worse but he gets better.

my only problem is centre backs dont come up for corners

For everyone who is playing on 3 stars no wonder you aint getting the grip of the game . notch it up to 5 stars where the com attempts to come forward more leaving gaps and opportunitys for you to attack.

Practise and Tactics ever heard of them??

see, I know what i'm doing, I've played PES4 since it came out and scored ruthlessly.

I went and did ALL the pes5 basic trainings, realized the difference from it and PES4, which is huge(trust me, it is), the problem is, the computer player can overdribble with any shit player, one time, they had a CB dribbling on the edge of my penalty box?!!!!! Obviously, this is wat keeps me frustrated, the game cheats too much by giving the computer overly high abilities while it doesn't allow you to dribble almost as well.

you can call me a n00b all you want, but trust me, 3star is the hardest out of all of them(4 and 5 stars cheats even more, but it leaves u more with counter attacking), and im just starting on it without going through newbie mode, or cheat the computer mode (taking advantage of 4 and 5 star), I just find it very stupid and frustrating how the computer CB can dribble freely on my half of the field, and how much players just don't react to anything at all.

Also, the tackling got really annoying, you basically can't press x anymore, i honestly liked the old tackling system a lot better, the new dribblign ways aren't bad actually, but i really with they wud have the old defense system.

Takes a while to get used to. But once you do, you'll realise just how beautiful this game is. Im playing WE9 and its way harder than PES5.

I used to struggle on 3 star, but now can win 90% of the games on 5 star. Yes the computer cheats, but if it didnt, you'll all be complaining that PES5 is to easy.

Myself and Minof just finished off a 5 hours session of PES5 and as it stands we're not sure if we'll ever play it again. Minof is saying thats it for him ATM and Im on the fence but swaying towards hating it. I'll run off a few quick points because Im heading off.

The 10 Sins....

1. Players move and turn like buses.

2. Shooting inside the box is way too pwerfull.

3. They fucked with the R2 to do the side step , now players side step every time you move a direction. (Pure shit and totally spoiled to old trick)

4. Shots outside the box are way too strong even if a players on his bad leg.

5. Player bang off each other like their in bumber cars.

6. Ref blows for a foul every 10 secs (REALLY)

7. Keepers don't dive if the shots a blaster and it looks crap.

8. Players stats are still way off what they should be (rooney shot power sucks lol)

9.Pitch feels too crowded all the time and play gets messy and sloppy to the stage a pass can't even be completed.

10.The lobs and dummy shot are fucked with and were perfect in PES4

11. The great Zidane feels so shit on the ball its unreal.

12. Game is really turning into Fifa (Maybe the worst sin of them all)



I'll think of more tomorrow Im sure lol.

Dunno if I cant handle a whole year of PES4 again but whats my options eh?

P.S. If its not broken why try fix it. ;)

Some of those points are right, but when i got PES4 for the first time, I though the players ran like they had consterpation and gammy arms. It kinda grows on you, and its the only game that I know that you have to master everytime a new version comes out (unlike fifa)

mate u need to chill and practice I'm having the same problems i started a master league with 3 stars and the default players and got crushed never won any games Just draw and now I'm on 2 star Learning the game and i'm starting to get the hang of it
