You might want to let everyone else know exactly how you managed to get it to work.

Especially for the newbies and the people who are generally inexperienced when it comes to patching.

As for the Edit Menu, I haven't got a clue.

I'm found my problem, it's "close cd after burn" option. It's checked, patched dvd working.

I like Edit Menu song and i'm only searching this song.

You mean "close dvd after burn", right?

I doubt this patch could work off a CD-ROM.

Basically fixed all the errors from the last patch, included most of the January transfers and generally added some extras (I don't know what though to be honest).

Hello and Thank you to everyone in this thread. This is the first time I have ever tried patching a game on a PS2 and its brilliant. After reading the first 8 pages I thought I was never going to be able to do it, but it was actually quite easy to do. The only part of the instructions I didn't follow was when burning the iso file to dvd, instead I plugged in my PS2 hard drive and copied the iso image to the hd using HDL Dumb and everything looks great.

nofx, can you make a list of the new features/fixes (on the first page of this thread) you've added to the final update?

I haven't had the chance to start downloading them yet. I was planning on downloading and applying the final parts on the weekend.

One last question, does the final update have to be applied after applying earlier updates?

Edit: Simple application method:
Application (Easiest away to patch a game)
* Put your Original PES5 dvd in your PC dvd drive
* Open DVDDecrypter, go to MODE /ISO / Read
* Choose your destination folder eg PES5_PATCH
* Press the go button (dvd->Harddrive symbol)
* Open ppf-o-matic3 choose new pes5.iso -> SIZE 2,07 GB (2.230.124.544 Bytes)
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the ppf1 ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the ppf2 ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the fix.ppf ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the update.ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the update_fix.ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the megaupdate.ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the update141205.ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the update141205_fix.ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the wm2006_241205.ppf to the iso.
* Using ppf-o-matic3 apply the final.ppf to the iso.
* After a while (45 min.) it will be done.
* Open Nero –goto recorder->burn image->find patched pes5 ->burn slowly (x2 at most)

So, I supose that You have apply all files, or You can continue patching your game with this final patch.

I firstly want to thank you lads for the absolutely brilliant Team-pes-x Ppf patch which would be perfect with some fixes..
Well you still havent fixed most of the faulty team names and other horrible misspellings like Stadio Luis Ferraris. What is it with you germans needing to name everyteam after its hometown? Like for example Real San Sebastian, many people probably doesnt know what team you are meaning + it sounds terrible. If I´ve understanded correctly you are many people who have worked on this awesome patch, what I can´t understand is why you´ve given the namewriting to some bloke who seems to have bad dyslexia and no knowledge or style sense regarding the club names. At least you could have let the licensed clubs stay as they were, as its impossible to change them without the tools you´ve got. If you want I can mail you all the correct club names to you. As for the optionfile, I quickly checked it before writing this you still haven´t included Mika Nurmelas move from HJK to Heracles. I really hope you move him for the next OF, you find him in the Finnish national team.
I really hope and beg you lads to still make one final patch with no FC Valencia or Arsenal London etc. yes and it´s Club Brugge not FC Brugge. My last complain considers the musics which are mainly ok ( edit mode music rocks!) but those couple of rap songs really don´t suit in a football game in my and my mates opinion. Why not add some Kasabian or Stone Roses instead?

Hi just wondering if there were any other downlad locations for DOWNLOAD@FILEFRONT_PPF_Final_P art1_3 as i am getting very slow download speeds. Got parts 2 + 3 with no problem

I don't think there is any other download links for that file.

And just to confirm, I've noticed the slow download speeds aswell.

I think it's got a lot to do with the fact that you don't have to wait to start the download.

The earlier files all had like 5-10 minute waits in a queue to start the download. But the download speeds were generally high.

You could try asking nofx to upload the final parts again so that you have to wait in a queue to start the download.
