For me Shevchenko looks rather mutated, and none of the stats were edited. Anyways, how can I patch the game using the Wolf English Name Call provided in the patch?

depends on what version of the game you have the original or the beta if
you have the beta I think there is a fix somewhere so you can play online.
I have the nesta v1 patch and there is a update nesta v2 which enables online play.

Anyone still using the beta version is a fool. Buy the game you noobs. Isn't it worth it for the number of hours you spend on it each week?

Has anyone experienced that the masterleague matches just stops and gives a black screen ? It happened to me on V1 as well.

to hell with konami. i wish that ea sports will buy winning eleven and pes from them. i live in usa and no we9 is out yet. so i play pes5 backup. but i want to play it online. i have patched it and everything but it reads error when verifying my dnas. is it possible for me to play pes 5 net play from usa? I will really appreciate any help.

That's because you need to patch it with a ID number. You will need 'Windip' program (do a search on google) and 'IDCheck + Generator v1.0' (also search for it). Then you need to know the ID number for PES5 which all of this information can be found in this forum for help and questions: http://www.backupscene.com/viewforum.php?f=7

I also live in USA and was able to patch the game and play online :)

And a big HELL NO, don't let EA ruin this game ;)

Missing uniforms?

Hey, guys. While playing a match of Liverpool against São Paulo, using WEmerica's PS2 Patch V2 for PES5 and the Options File included with it, I noticed that the uniforms of both clubs were missing! In fact, their jerseys and shorts were replaced by plain black ones, making it impossible to distinguish the players.

This happens every time I try to play with those clubs. When selecting any other team (I tried Arsenal, Real Madrid and Barcelona), their uniforms are displayed accordingly. Is this some kind of bug? Or the patch does not include Liverpool's and São Paulo's uniforms (and maybe even others, as I have not tried them all)?
