Mine was 104 but will Konami be bothered by the opinion of us mugs who have paid £40/£50 for half a game, they are already too busy counting all the yen they have made on it already!! Come on Konami do the right thing and put it right up to the specs of the PS2 and PC versions

Should We Get The Magazines In On This Petition?

Does anyone know the 360 magazines email addresses? They could really help promote this petition. I think it's great that it's been started, and don't be down heartened by the low number, it is very early days, loads of people haven't bought it yet! And loads more don't know about the petition!

How come nodoby else seemed to realise that this version of PES wasn't going to be "next-gen"? I did.

Oh, and that petition doesn't even mention saving replays or editing players.

Yes, the petition creator did make a bit of a balls up on the main page, by leaving out the MAIN ARGUMENTS!, and the grammar mistakes don't help either. I suggest he/she edits it quickly.

But, the point is, if you look at the signatures, nearly everyone puts something along the lines of - no edit mode!

I'm not arsed about the occasional frame rate issue, or even lack of stadiums, teams, leagues etc.

I just want to be able to change the team names and save my goals.

And with Xbox Live available, there's no excuse for them not to do it. Bethesda did it with Oblivion, they patched that through live, so Konami have no excuse for at least a replay save patch.

I know a big company like that probably won't listen, but if we never try then we'll never know. We can't be walked over like that.

If I told a client of mine I didn't do half what he asked because I didn't have time, he'd fire me.

It's a poor excuse for all those unlucky people who forked out their hard earned on some lazy half-arsed attempt at next-gen. And it sticks in the throat that PS2 owners are laughing away with their more than full edit features!!!!

I have let three of the leading 360 magazines know about the petition. OXM, 360GAMER, & X360.

If anyone knows of anymore, then go for it.

CaptainCabinet you really talk crap. Lazy developers would love you. Sir sir the game is half finished and its supposed to be out in one month, WHAT SHALL WE DO!!!!! no worries, CaptainCabinet will buy it!!!!!!!!! Sorry, but people have a right to be mad. The PC & PS2 games are vastly superior in terms of features & are a lot cheaper & there's no excuse for it at all. The screenshots released by Konami prior to the game's release showed a MUCH better looking game than the one they released yesterday as well, all we got was a hi-res version of the PS2 game with fewer features. Yes, it plays as well as it ever has, but that's not the point. The point is, this is meant to be next-gen, not previous gen stripped of features. Be it the lack of an edit mode, the lack of stadiums or the absolute ridiculous fact that online on the PS2 is better, there's no excuse whatsoever for any of it & Konami should be ashamed of themselves.
Hey, that's a copy & paste job of my post on the Xbox forums! I mean i'm flattered & all, but you could have swapped a few words round or gave me some credit at least?! Anyways, i stand by those words.
CaptainCabinet, if you're happy to be spoon-fed whatever Konami wanna give you with no complaints, that's your problem, not ours. Others aren't quite so submissive & feel that they have a right to voice their disapproval to the creators. I signed the petition & i emailed Konami as well. Probably won't do much good, but they might think twice before doing it again.
