i agree, everbody does not have to agree, it is okay if some people prefer pes09!

Obviously some will agree and others will disagree, if not the world would be a boring place.

But this thread is for comparing PES6 and PES09, the things you love and hate in both games. If people agree or disagree is another matter.

I feel that PES 2009 is realy good.. It got good manual passing, Airy-Through balls, difficulty.. PES 6 was easy for me. Some people write about defence control and that, but i actualy feel much more enjoying the PES 09 defence.. Strategy of the game can be set up much more clearly, so your players do what you want.. Example is my favorite team AS ROMA, where with Totti i am playin on one attacker, but when he gets tired I have to use completly different tactics and they are always special and different. Roma was in Pes 6 just another stupid team and only totti was able to do something.. In this game is Totti slower, but much sharper.. Baptista is like in real, Tadei is like in real, Vucinic is like real, Rise is deadly on free kicks (I love him, its new Roberto Carlos) I have scored cracker from 40 m.. And if I remember, I have scored goal like that back on PS1.. Thats an example of the Roma, and there are all teams so different and the way you have to play with them.. PES 6 had discreet settings of the teams, which you can not change and which have been making teams unique.. But in here it is different, every team works from your strategy and quality of your players and then your skills.. I didn´t like the Golies, but then if you think about it, i can feel that freeze in my back, when draw is enough to go true to the next stage, but your team is under really big pressure. So i have to say, that PES 09 is definitely better.. But also i have to say that PES 6 is much better than PES 08, PES 08 didn´t exist for me..

Yes, and someone was saying something about bad shooting.. Pes 6 biggest problem was, that players been shooting in corners of the goals no-matter if he had accuary 50.. I remember that vid, where was one player hiting about 20 times bar without break or miss.. And that is what i didn´t like about PES 6. Even an best player in real football is not able to do that.. Pes 09 is give you chance to be excelent only with the excelent.. Half of the stats in PES 6 been good just for AI.. So it really feels, that everyone is preffare different.. I love to be close to footy as much i can and have the quality of the real ones - no less and no more like in PES 6..

i really enjoyed pro evo 2, 3 was a bit crap, 4 was awesome, 5 was different but better and 6 was too easy but still great and the last couple on the ps3 have been great with all the new technology. i think 2009 is the best so far but they've all been great to play.
maybe we're losing that "new game" feeling with it though as to explain the loss of excitement over the newer ones.
i remember getting a demo of pro evo 2 and was blown away by it, bought the full game straight away. after years of playing fifa (and sensible soccer in the early 90's :) ) it felt great to have a change. however, when i played fifa this year it felt good to have a change after so many years of playing pro evo, not better, i still prefer pro evo, but i got that "new game" feeling of playing something different.
maybe we've grown accustomed to pro evo and, as there's no radical changes to it, we don't get blown away by the new ones like we used to
