After that I'll edit everything fully (Team names, numbers, missing transfers ect ect) then I'll play two more games (Liverpool v Everton and Valencia v AC Milan) and then it's either online or ML (The latter probably)

i always play man utd vs arsenal. to me that just feels right. the two best teams in english football and the best derby possible (apart from madrid and barcelona) i lost last year 1-0 to an henry free kick i'l make amends this year (hopefully)

You're both wrong. The two best teams in English football are quite obviously, Portsmouth and Accrington Stanley.

Celtic vs Rangers as always on 3 star, I like to have an easy start to get me rolling, and I always save my first goal on my memory card for nostalgia. Last year my first goal was a scrappy deflection from Chris Sutton.
