PESFan Editor 5.08 - Creating a Player

I think this is the most appropriate forum for asking this question:

If you open the PesFan Editor and sort all players alphabetically, it will list your players in order based on their assigned code number in the game. It appears that all players in PES5/WE9I have an internal player number.

Thus:
Players 1 to 4534 can be freely transferred between club teams.

4535 to 4557 are the ML Default Players and you cannot transfer them to a club.

4558 to 4685 are the Shop 1 to Shop 4 players; you can transfer them to clubs

4686 to 4999 are "unused" players -- YOU CAN'T TRANSFER THEM TO CLUBS ARE FAR AS I CAN TELL, SO WHAT ARE THEIR PURPOSE ANYWAY ? DOES ANYONE KNOW? This question is not answered by reading the help section of the PESFan Editor.

Then you have players listed as "Edited 0" to "Edited 151" These players are shown as being assigned to National 1 to National 7, respectively. Since they cannot be transferred to clubs, WHAT IS THEIR PURPOSE?

Finally you have "Edited 152"" to "Edited 183", a total of 31 players. They can be transferred to clubs.

So my question is, what is the purpose of the players you cannot transfer?
Any insights are appreciated; maybe one of the great Option File creators knows the answer. Is there any good use for the players that can't be transferred to clubs?

The answer is helpful to people who are editing option files and want to make sure their players will be transferable between clubs.
