Basically since Saturday we have had only 10 results out of 90 submitted. This tells me that quite clearly most people just are not interested in this league. So what we have done is joined together with www.proevolive.co.uk (Pro Evo Unleashed) to offer those of you who are actually interested in playing the chance to join a more active league.

Great idea as pro evol live is a great league, but some members are dying off from higher leagues.

Does this mean there'll be a rise in registration fee?

no, there isnt going to be any more fee's to pay. if you are a paid member of this league, your fee will be paid for you at proevolive.co.uk - make sure you mention your coming pesinsight to ensure your place. introlux should be contacting everyone personally shortly

Hrm I guess this is a good idea but people did pay for this league so I think its a bit soon to say people arent interested in it, Id put the fact that only 10 or so matches have been recorded so far down to the reason that 4 games is a lot to play in one week, especially as both players have to make contact and arrange a suitable time. I mean most people bothered to play the playoff games didnt they. Im also a bit concerned about us all being put into a conference league? I guess we're all being started in the bottom division together, if this is so then what was the point of us spending all the time playing playoff matches to be put into the various divisions, if our skill level isnt going to be represented cos we're all being chucked into the same bottom division? Seems stupid to chuck it in so soon, considering there are obvioulsy so many peeps up for it, seems a bit of a sell out to me.

Anyways even though I dont agree entirely and think this decision has been made way so early, Ill still happy as long as Im in a half decent league. ;)

(p.s After reading the website it says the conference league will only consist of 22-24 players, hows this gonna work isnt there around 60 players that are currently in the pesinsight league? I know a lot may have dropped out, but I think theres a hell of a lot more that 24 still active?!)

Yeah nice, all us guys who paid and bothered with the playoffs, get chucked in together in the bottom league, very nice.

I say again, if peeps bothered to pay and to play the playoffs their gonna bother to do the leauge. But 4 games each week is too much, thats why there hasnt been many results posted, simply as that. Very disappointing.

its not as simple as that at all. the sole reason for posting up 4 games was so people have plenty of choice as to who they could play and over different times (i.e. not everyone is available at the same times).

theres a few guys who are pretty angry about this hitman. Seems like you havent given it much of a chance mate, i mean its been going for less than a week! If it was just 2 games a week, I bet at the end of the week most of the games would have be played. And as for all the guys who spent weeks playing and arranging the playoff games, and monitoring the forums its been a complete waste of time. Being dumped off all toghether to the lowest league of another site. Im not happy about it, but if the other league is ok, Ill soon forget.

I finished top of the (half of a) qualifying group here too (group 9). But I wouldn't have minded which league I was put in. Not sure why people are upset at being put into lower leagues - if you're good you get to thrash everyone.

I'd say to all, give it a try. The unleashed league is well organised and the quality of the players doesn't vary that wildly.
Looking through the member list a lot of people were playing in both leagues anyway.
As for entering the bottom league, I wouldn't pay to much attention to leagues at the moment. The problem with qualifying groups is that you could the 5th best player in the world, but if the top 4 are in your qualifiying group you'll still end up bottom. It will take a few seasons to correct itself.

There are always the 2 cups to prove you are the greatest player of this era.

Why are we being so fast to quit this league??
I feel like we all have wasted our time with the play offs. Did you get confirmation from all the players who got through to the leagues before releasing the fixture lists??
I know that player fall by the way side (look at the play offs). So maybe it should have beem wise to get confirmation of all the players who wanted to remain in the leagues and then make the leagues, fixtures etc.
I know that it is only a name but to play conference football!! The unwanted rejects from the failed league dumped together.
Will have to think whether it is worth it. When do we have to let you know??

So what's happening then, has this been decided or not? I think it should be up to the paid up members to decide whether to jack it in or not. I don't mind going into another league or what division I'm in, but what happens to the prizes?

It seems like a good comprimise to me, in all honesty I've not been impressed with the PESInsight league, doesn't seem to have been getting updated on a good, recent basis and didn't seem like there was enough effort put to it, as other leagues (no disrespect Hitman :))

Just wondering, what happens with people in both leagues now? It's only £2.50, but I would prefer to have that back and then just concentrate on my original place on the proevo site, as it would mess things up a bit, if I had two places on the "new" proevo unleashed.

I didn't, although I admit that the timing was unfortunate. It is a common occurrence of a disconnection where both players get the "your opponent has quit" message. I have had problems with my Linksys router, and it used to happen regularly but since disabling my firewall it hardly ever happens ta all now, but does appear now and again. I'm sure it must happen to other people too.

Since the patch, when this case happens both players get awarded a win. If you had checked my stats after that game you would have seen my Con W = 1 (I had drawn my previous game). I signed out immediately after our second game so if you check now you'll see I now have Con W = 2. I was quite surprised how that second game turned out considering you were giving me a tanking in that 1st game.

Incidentally, considering we were due to play each other in week 1 of the Premier League, why did you not have your mic on to arrange an "official" match.

Because I do not use a mic. Anyone who wants to play league matches should arrange it through forums or MSN.

I guess you did better in the second game after killing Ronaldo ;)

good games last night zyg :) quite how you didnt win them all 10-0 i dont know, but nevermind. i really do need to practice with the nationals, especially considering ive got my first league meeting in just over a week!
